Mission
Our goal is to provide comprehensive dental care tailored to meet the needs of each individual patient. From toddlers to seniors, we administer thorough examinations and educate patients on all treatment options including risks, benefits, cost, time, and alternatives.
Policies
At Clocktower Dental, we want your visits to be as stress-free as possible, so we've included our office policies.
Appointment and Cancellation Policies
We make every effort to schedule appointments to best suit your needs. We will call you the day before your appointment to remind you of your scheduled time. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance so we accommodate the changes.
We reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee for failure to cancel your appointment or if you do not show up.
Insurance and Payment Policies
We accept all dental insurance programs and will prepare and submit all forms to your insurance provider on your behalf. Patients are required to pay any remaining balance at the completion of treatment if the insurance provider does not cover it in full.
If you do not have insurance, full payment is required a the end of your appointment. For extensive treatment, you can speak to our staff about payment options.
We accept cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
History of the Wallaceburg Clock Tower
The Clock Tower was built in 1935, during the Great Depression, as a Dominion Public Building. It was originally home to the Post Office and Federal Customs and Excise.
In 1968 The Clock Tower was converted into the Wallaceburg Police station, with administration upstairs and a jail in the basement. The Police headquarters were moved to the other end of James Street and The building sat empty in the late 1990s.
Dr. Kevin Fast purchased it to build a dental office in 2001. After extensive renovations, the Clock Tower Dental Centre opened in 2002, and Dr. Fast was presented with a Heritage award in 2005 for preserving the structure.
Dr. Doug Steen joined the Clock Tower staff in 2005, after a fire destroyed their Margaret Avenue Dental Clinic. And, after a 43 year career, Dr. Steen retired in December 2015.
Dr. Kyle Charlton joined the staff in 2014 after graduating from Western University. In 2019, Dr. Charlton purchased the practice and is happily accepting all patients!
